Session Description

What am I supposed to be doing in this lifetime?” Join the Heart Family for a thought-provoking discussion with our own Rev. Josie Johnson-Rogers, as we examine Jeshua’s directive for our “purpose”. What does it mean to awaken to our Divinity? How will we be in the world when we truly live in the deep understanding of the Christ consciousness and easily share that Light? Your insights and questions are always welcome.
About Rev. Josie Johnson-Rogers - in her own words
My Metaphysical Studies started in 1980 with the study of Ernest Holmes, founder of The Science of Mind at The First Church Of Religious Science In Cleveland Ohio. I was truly inspired by his book "This Thing Called Life". It had a profound effect on my life. When I moved to Chicago in 1985, I continued my Metaphysical Studies, finishing my Master's Classes of Studies at Christ Universal Temple, (formerly a Unity Church which later became independent under the leadership of Johnnie Colemen). There I became a Phone Prayer Minister for over 30 Years. In the year 2000, I had “A Road to Damascus” experience (with Jeshua) after which I became affiliated with Oakbridge University, where I continue to expand into the “More”, such as the Gift of Healing and bringing forth Divine Messages from My Higher Mind.” Rev. Josie was ordained by Jeshua through Rev. Judith Coates and has been heading the Prayer Ministry of Oakbridge University for over twelve years and contributes to the Oakbridge Board. Her prayers are divinely inspired as she supports each person’s highest good with power and love. She’s an inspirational writer, a talented singer, recording artist and song-writer and her divinely inspired songs ring with spiritual awakening.

Founded in 1989, Oakbridge University serves as the spiritual home for the global Heart-centered Family. As the consciousness of Love and Light awakens within us, so too does the remembrance of our divine nature. Gentle stirrings of the heart echo as whispers in the mind—yearnings to know, to express, and to embody more of this Love. Oakbridge University was born from this sacred desire: to create opportunities for spiritual awakening, growth, and transformation for our brothers and sisters around the world

Oakbridge University, established in 1989, is the spiritual home to the worldwide Heart-centered Family. With the awakening of the consciousness of Love and Light comes a remembrance of our divine nature. Our vision is to live authentic and dynamic lives in the spirit of love, peace and service to others based on the teachings of Jeshua, (Jesus), Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Father Joseph/St. Germaine as channeled through Rev. Dr. Judith Coates (since 1993) and supported by the late Rev. Thomas Coates. Interdenominational in nature, Oakbridge University also welcomes spiritual teachings of other great masters and teachers, who come from this same spirit of love and service.
We believe in the Oneness of all creation in the Loving Heart of God’s Love. It is our Divine birthright to claim and develop our Christ (heart-centered) Consciousness. We know the universe as our home, and all beings, animate and inanimate, as our brothers and sisters.
Our educational offerings are centered on the study of Jeshua: The Personal Christ series of nine channeled books. These channelings provide a direct connection to Jeshua’s love and wisdom teachings, serving as a source of inspiration and practical guidance for all spiritual seekers. Jeshua especially addresses topics such as relationships, life purpose, abundance, reincarnation, self-healing and much more through the lens of spiritual remembrance, cultivating a deeper sense of authenticity and connection to our Oneness.
Master Degree in Transformational Spirituality program offers heart centered educational experiences, based on our individualized holistic educational philosophy. There are three levels – Personal Transformation, the second is Healing and Community transformation, third level is based on Commitment to Service, such as teaching or love-based community activism. There is also an ordination option.
We sponsor many uplifting, inspirational classes, workshops, The Expanding Viewpoint, an online newsletter and Daily Messages from Jeshua.
Our Prayer Ministry provides comfort and support by responding to online prayer requests.
We archive Jeshua’s and Holy Family’s channeled material (visual, written and auditory). We also offer an online book store (formerly Oakbridge University Press).

What does the name “Oakbridge” mean?
The name of Oakbridge University was carefully chosen. The Oak grows from an acorn and signifies the potential for ongoing evolution in consciousness. At maturity, it provides strength and shelter from the storms of life beneath its spreading branches. The University, in its varied aspects or branches, provides opportunities for spiritual growth and experiences, becoming a Bridge between people, ages, philosophies and dimensions. The Oak is also an ancient metaphor for God consciousness and we are the “bridge people” connecting the world of our birth and the expanded future of unlimited spiritual possibilities.
